SUMMER 2024 REGISTRATION FORM
 

Before the first day of camp, we must have all required forms completed and reviewed by the office.

Join PGDS for fun all summer long! The summer program includes water/sprinkler days, special entertainment, arts & crafts, sports, party favors, cooking projects and more! 

• Discounts for siblings!

• Accommodates campers age 2 through second grade, plus alumni weeks.

• Arrival: Camp opens daily at 8:30 am. Campers can start arriving anytime from 8:30 am, on.

• Departure:

  The half day program ends at 12:15 pm. All campers must be picked up by 12:30 pm.

  The full-day program ends at 3:15 pm. All campers must be picked up by 3:30 pm. The full day includes afternoon summer enrichment.

• The All-Day program (3:30 - 6:30 pm) is not available during the summer.

• Nap time is available for campers who need to rest.

• Payment is due at the time of registration. You must pay in full to reserve any weeks requested.

• Refunds for the summer program must be provided up to 5 camp days before attendance of the requested week. The last day to receive a refund is on the Monday (a week before the week you are canceling.)
